A Dutch company is distributor of fitness equipment since 2007. The company has been successful since and wants to expand its portfolio of fitness equipment. Therefore, the company is looking for partners active in the development and production of in- and outdoor fitness equipment and small fitness items. The company concentrates its distribution activities on gyms, municipalities, swimming pools, corporate fitness centers and other relating parties.

The demand is increasing and the SME wants to extend its present portfolio with:
1. Indoor fitness equipment with the following description:
        a. Conventional fitness equipment, these are equipment
                with a weight block on which 1 muscle is trained
        b. Conventional fitness equipment DUAL, these are
                equipment with a weight block on which 2 opposing
                muscles are trained
        c. Plate-loaded equipment
        d. Cable motion and Jungle stations
        e. Free Weights, Loose Benches and Racks
        f. Cardio equipment consisting of:
                i. Treadmills
                ii. Upright bikes
                iii. Recumbent Bikes
                iv. Rowers
                v. Cross-trainers
                vi. Climb mill – Stair climber

2. Outdoor fitness equipment with the following description:
        a. Resistance Power Equipment
        b. Cardio equipment for outdoor use, treadmills, bicycles,
            etc. but with resistance
        c. CrossFitt Racks
        d. Calisthenics equipment 

3. Small Fitness items from balls, tubes, weights, barbells,
        dumbbells to floors

For the abovementioned equipment the company wants to conclude a distribution services agreement with the envisioned  partners.
