A German company specialised in the development and production of modular mini houses is looking for local assembly partners to ensure a decentralised hence sustainable installation system. Houses are assembled on-site from prefabricated mounting kits.
The German company has developed an innovative construction system of a modular housing system. Three basic modules can be combined into houses of different size and shape.Thanks to a mezzanine-technology also the smallest house type can be fully equipped for living.


The interlock system allows to assemble a turnkey house
within only 3-5 days. The excellent assembling efficiency leads to a very competitive final price.
The easy to assemble houses are compatible with a series of specific facade-types and protection devises. These are strengthened protection measures against environmental factors such as earthquakes, hurricanes, fire hazards, extreme heat or cold and floods.
