Joint-stock company NEOMAT CO. (as Special Design Technological Bureau of Inorganic Materials of the Academy of Sciences of Latvia up to 1992) has developed the high technologies and equipments for the production of nanodispersed pure ceramic and metallic powders by plasmachemical synthesis method.
Neomat JSC participated in EUREKA projects E! 3444 „New technology of ralls production” and E! 4156 „New technology for manufacturing ceramic balls for special-purpose bearings for hostile environments” and begin to participate in Eurostars project E! 6237 „Development of series production technology of faceted cutting inserts based on ceramic nano-composites using FAST/SPS method”.

Participation in projects (Horizon, Eurostars, etc.) where there is a need for different nanopowders.
